FisherCast Zinc Die Cast tools are designed, manufactured and maintained to close tolerances of ±0.0025 mm (±.0001") This remarkable precision produces a "flash-free nett-shape" zinc cast component ready-to-use with no secondary trimming or deburring required. The close tolerances that are maintained in the tool are seen in the repeatable, high precision zinc components produced, typically +/-0.025mm.
